Founded by Victoria Nuottanen, Kahvi Charlotta Roastery reflects over 20 years of hands-on experience in the coffee industry.

Victoria´s journey began with a simple vision: to create a coffee that is thoughfully sourced, carefully roasted, and deeply connected to the people who grow it.

Every coffee profile is developed with intention - balancing intuition, precision, and consistency. From selecting green beans at origin to overseeing each roast in the Rekola roastery, Victoria ensures that every cup delivers clarity, quality, and the true character of the beans.

Beyond roasting, Victoria is committed to nurturing community - supporting young talent entering the coffee industry, mentoring collegues, and fostering long-term partnerships with farmers and cafes alike.
